Questions
Where do you deliver?
Across Bangalore. Delivery is charged by distance from our kitchen, and you see the fee before you pay. If you're not sure we reach your area, send us your PIN code on WhatsApp before ordering.
How do delivery slots work?
Meal plans and fresh meals are delivered from the next day (order by 6 PM for tomorrow), in the one-hour slot you pick. Treats are made to order for your pet and take 3–4 days; we message you to fix a time.
How do I pay?
After you place an order, you'll see a UPI QR code. Scan it with any UPI app within 15 minutes. We confirm the order once the payment comes through, and unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 15 minutes.
Which size should I order?
It depends on the dish and on your pet's weight, age and activity. Use the form above or message us with your pet's details and we'll recommend a size.
My pet has allergies. Can you help?
Every dish on the menu lists its ingredients, and there's a vegetarian filter. Tell us about the allergy and we'll suggest dishes that avoid it. Always follow your vet's advice.
How do I switch my pet to fresh food?
Go slowly. Mix a little of our food into their current food and increase it over about a week. There's a simple guide on our How we cook page.
Do you take bulk orders or cater parties?
Yes. Send us the date, the number of pets and any dietary needs on WhatsApp, and we'll put together a menu and a quote.

Boarding, shelters, breeders and multi-pet homes: we cook in bulk too.
